* a pretty good size contract that come through from The Louver Shop. It's the biggest contract for 2011 I've sold so far.
* an excellent meeting this afternoon with Melmark.
* looking at the soreness from last night's yoga class as a sign of strengthening and using it as motivation to keep up with going to yoga.
