I have gratitude today for...
* getting all of the floors vacuumed and steam mopped this morning.
* going to the Winter Classic Alumni Game. It was really cool to see all of the past players introduced and the crowd's reaction.
* meeting up with Steve at the game for a little bit.
* Andy agreeing to leave after the 2nd period so we could get on the road to AC.
* getting to Atlantic City with enough time to change and have a few drinks before heading over to the Borgata.
* Seth Meyer's comedy show at the Borgata. He was really funny and we had some good laughs! I was disappointed the show was only an hour long because the tickets were expensive ($89 each!) but definitely enjoyed it while it lasted.
* the good things to come in 2012!

I have gratitude today for...
* making plans with Wendy & Keli for the 6 of us to get together in a few weeks.
* still having gift cards to buy things we need for the house. I got a really nice Cuisanart hand mixer today from Bed Bath & Beyond.
* the book "Gift of Fear" that Jane sent me after we talked about it the night they were over for dinner.
* our Homeland marathon tonight. The season finale was so good!
* the small sundae I made with Andy's homemade ice cream for dessert.

I have gratitude today for...
* Ian driving for our lunch on Long Island.
* meeting some really nice people at the GB-Melville office.
* good memories of visiting Syossett as we passed the exit.
* lots of tea to help this sore throat go away.
* the yum potato soup I made tonight for dinner.
* zappos.com, macys.com and overstock.com for helping me finish up Christmas shopping.
* finally attacking this blog and trying to catch up. Aug-Dec is going to be tough, I have nothing to work off of!

I have gratitude today for...
* dragging myself out of bed to go to a new yoga class. I loved the instructor and really enjoyed the class!
* finding out Kelley & Steve are engaged!
* spending some time figuring out how to put together the desk. Although it took much longer than I think it should, I'm glad it's almost done.
* going through a bunch of magazines, books, papers etc. and purging as much as I could.
* fresh burgers made with organic, grass-fed beef.
* Kerry sending me an email with the link to the blog that has the pictures from Starbucks on our wedding day.
