I have gratitude today for...
* a good meeting with Siepser Laser Eye today.
* being able to go to Kyle's 8th grade graduation. We don't see him that often and I feel like we barely know him so I was happy to go to support him.
* dinner at Max & Erma's with Mom Roth, Alison and Kyle.
* noticing the changes I've made to my eating habits have been making a difference.
* looking at cockapoo puppies on-line; I want one!
