I have gratitude today for...
* having time to watch American Idol before I had to leave for my observation day at a local HS
* the incredible teacher I've been observing and how supportive she's been of me. 
* the "Mexican Fiesta" dinner I made Andy & me to celebrate Cindo de Mayo. I made chicken & beef fajitas, tacos and fresh pico de gallo. 
* the Phillies winning since the Flyers lost again :-(
